We'd like to share with you a few highlights from the past year, as well as our plans for this year. The beginnings of our cooperation with our clients go back to 2010. The trust that many, many clients have placed in us over such a long period of time is both a commitment and a motivation to keep pushing ourselves.

What has been accomplished in 2023?
1. We managed to grow by 16% despite a significant downturn in the real estate market
2. We maintained year-on-year growth at an average of 32% even after a challenging year last year
3. We ranked 5th out of approximately 3,600 advisors in the country
4. We completed construction of the 3rd phase of the Apple Hillside project
5. We started construction of semi-detached houses in Květnice
6. We ended our cooperation with Lukáš
7. We started cooperation with Vendula

What are our priorities this year?
1. We want more people to know about us through social media
2. We are shifting our work with existing and new clients to paid care
3. We are recruiting new homes and apartments into property management
4. Preparing for the construction of Phase 4 of the Apple Hillside project
5. We plan to expand the team with new, capable associates
6. We plan to improve our IT tools and processes for working with clients
7. And our heartfelt wish is that Lenka will have a happy birth and enjoy motherhood :-)
